"Sporting and fitness are associated with professionals, while others feel a disconnect from such facilities as they require too much discipline and expense or are not attractive or fun. Hence, there is a need for a design intervention that helps physical fitness and physical activity become more available to the public-at-large (of all ages and abilities). Some of the factors that reduce physical activity and contribute to the sedentary behavior are, sitting in one position for long periods (during work and leisure), avoiding walking or cycling for easy transportation. Moreover, eating fast food and convenient food without considering its nutrition and high calories. Nowadays, with the busy and fast paced life of a citizen, the value of physical health has grown. Therefore, sedentary behavior should be avoided and replaced with some physical activity which can help reduce risk for several diseases and health conditions and improve the overall quality of life. A need for a place that has a characteristics of a park, playground and fitness facility will give people opportunities to indulge in physical activity more frequently and perhaps without noticing."
