"The creation and self-production of the original musical short film 'Hold the Cheese, Please' presented many challenging situations that were vocally demanding. This thesis examines the ways in which I was able to successfully integrate theatre vocal techniques with singing technique to overcome those challenges. In the chaotic world of self-production, theatre vocal techniques proved to be an effective tool in creating and bringing to life an original character."
