Abstract: |
"In the process of globalization and modernization, China's traditional culture is under huge impact. Some traditions are disappearing, most of them are facing the issue, that they need to update to fit the new needs of contemporary society. Chinese traditional food culture needs new ideas to promote its development. The themed restaurant, which is quickly growing in China, might be a good solution to fit this need. This thesis explores the possible solution to bring the idea of a themed Chinese restaurant to promote the Chinese food culture research using several research methods. The proposed project aims to provide a direction to solve the conflict between modern life and traditional culture in China."
