Abstract: |
24 Jackson Street revolves around a tough social worker struggling to find a balance between her personal life and the neverending demands of the chaotic homeless shelter she runs. Grounded in realism and deeply rooted in the people the show represents, the series presents the homeless population as sometimes funny and sometimes serious, but most importantly as human beings with stories to tell. |
