Description: |
Color postcard with white borders and divided back, postally unused view of the Y. M. C. A. Building in Savannah. This building was designed by Henrik Wallin and completed in 1908. Located on Madison Square, it remained in use until a new YMCA building was completed in 1967. Though the building is only 5 stories tall, the design uses a 3 part skyscraper construction normally used on larger buildings. This building was demolished in 1970. |
