Abstract: |
"The Chinese film market is gradually expanding, and more and more American filmmakers want to enter the Chinese market and obtain this substantial overseas box office. So American filmmakers began to randomly add Chinese elements to gain access to the Chinese film market. But will such random addition of Chinese elements make American films successful in the Chinese film market? Will Chinese moviegoers like this format? This article will use three main ways for American films to enter the Chinese market, taking many American films entering the Chinese market as examples. Through data analysis, box office comparison, and audience review. Finally, discuss the key to the success of American films in China." --Abstract
