Abstract:	"The aim of this thesis is to bring forth new visuals that can be used to bridge the gap between the modern day interpretation of yoga and the first three chakras and help clarify some of the misunderstandings. This thesis identifies the significance of the first three chakras, their origins, and the original descriptions of the chakras and the origins of the modern day interpretations. This thesis uses advanced 3d visual effects techniques to create dynamic and appealing virtual environments that illustrate the first three chakras of the human body. An effective visual representation will be of value to people who are interested in the serious study and practice of yoga."
