"As a result of increased purchasing power and the development of the internet, more and more people would like shopping online rather than going to physical stores. Nowadays the traditional department store cannot satisfy the needs of products research experience for multi-generation customers. This study focuses on understanding the shopping behavior and needs of multi-generation customers in the middle-range department store, and to propose a prototype design with the customers’ research experience base on these needs."
