A Knot of Regeneration explores the contradiction of human relationship to self and to others. Our current lifestyles make restoration of the past and individual networking convenient. For hat reason, people tend to both ignore their irreversible past experiences, and overlook the urgency and reality of their present experiences. I employ symbolic figures and line construction, inspired from the natural life cycle, and the ancient form of memorial. My work communicates the futility of living a fast-paced lifestyle, which leads the viewers into acknowledging a personal relationship to their surroundings.
